The Sibley School's Xiangkun (Elvis) Cao Received MKS Instruments Research Excellence Award at Photonics West 2020

Xiangkun (Elvis) Cao, Ph.D. candidate of the Erickson Group in the Sibley School, received the MKS Instruments Research Excellence Award at SPIE Photonics West 2020 in San Francisco, CA, Feb. 4. The award also includes an SPIE Student Author Grant in the amount of $500.

Elvis presented two papers in two sessions at SPIE Photonics West OPTO, the optoelectronics, photonic materials and devices conference: MOEMS and Miniaturized Systems XIX; Integrated Optics: Devices, Materials, and Technologies XXIV.
