Two Mechanical Engineering Students Among Those Selected as Recipients for the Frank and Rosa Rhodes Scholarship. The Sibley School of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering Community congratulates Zachary Bialik. B.S., ME ’17, and Asta (Yan) Li, B.S, ME ’16, as 2015-2016 Frank and Rosa Rhodes Scholarship recipients, based on their contributions to the College of Engineering through academic achievement and leadership.
The Frank and Rosa Rhodes Scholarships are given annually to a few students who are selected from each college at Cornell. The students are nominated by their departments and are then selected for the award based on their academic achievements and participation in leadership activities (i.e. student clubs or community involvement). Winning one of these awards is considered an honor, and the awardees are invited to an annual luncheon.
