Dr. Bhaskaran is interested in integration of modern computer-based simulation technology into the mechanical and aerospace engineering curriculum. His efforts are directed not only at providing students with a solid foundation in the use of simulation technology but also at enhancing the learning experience through this technology. He has developed web-based tutorials and other curriculum materials to integrate the ANSYS and FLUENT software packages into undergraduate courses. |
| Current Projects |
- Integration of simulation technology into undergraduate engineering courses and laboratories. Sponsor: NSF
- Web-based, self-paced, interactive short courses in the use of three engineering simulation software packages: ANNSYS, FLUENT and Working Model; Sponsor: Cornell University.
