Issues/FAQ:
- 3-D journal installs and opens nicely, but when I try to spin a shape, there is a bluish stroke created and the shape I draw does not spin.
Solution: This happened on a Toshiba Portege tablet PC, which happens to be running gesture capturing software (Sensiva, in particular). Turn off such software for 3-D Journal to work properly. You may need to close and reopens 3-D Journal.
- I turned off Sensiva (or other) gesture capture software but I still can't spin.
Solution: Log off your profile or reboot your machine.
